Mayor concerned about lawsuit price tag

GSO Mayor Yvonne Johnson had some things to say in an interview with CBS-2's Julia Bass during last night's City Council meeting. Johnson is concerned about the number of lawsuits (David Wray, et. al.) plaguing the city and the growing price tag. She said the city has already spent over $100,000, but more importantly, she said how concerned she is getting about "the open wound" on the city and how it is dividing the city.

Erik,
Mayor Johnson should be concerned about the cost & number of law suits against the city. She has repeatedly supported the city manager, who created the environment for all of this. I am told that all honest policemen on the force, are aware that Hinson is a dirty cop & should have been fired & probabably prosecuted years ago. Mitch Johnson who, as the gossip goes, had a personal beef against David Wray & used Hinson & his followers to get even. If Mayor Johnson, had done a little inside investigation of her own, she might have found out what half the town knows about "Mitch Johnsons personal problem" with David Wray & why he wanted to ruin him. Think, "that woman".
